Pierre Piwnica is CEO of Naxos Real Estate LTD. Before joining Naxos, Pierre worked at the New York office of Rothschild & Co's investment banking group. His focus at Rothschild & Co was on financings and initial public offerings.Pierre holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from New York University.
Charles Derveloy heads the real estate division. He previously held various positions at the French REIT Covivio, where he participated in transactions totaling over €3 billion. Additionally, he is a finance part time lecturer at Paris Dauphine University.
Solène Baali is a Commercial Real Estate Asset Manager at Naxos Real Estate LTD, holding a Master's degree in Real Estate Management from Paris Dauphine University. Prior to her current role, she completed two apprenticeships: one as a Property Manager at CBRE France, and the other as an Asset Management Analyst at Union Investment Real Estate.

He previously worked at Media Finance Capital, where he participated in the financing of independent film and television productions. Before that Charles worked as an M&A analyst in the consumer & retail group of Rothschild & Co’s New York office. Charles obtained his Bachelor of Arts from New York University.
Vicky Sheldon works as an EA and Office Manager for Naxos Real Estate LTD. Prior to joining the company Vicky worked in the arts and production sector, splitting her time as a freelance actor, working for a casting studio and associated directors, and running a small, educational based, theatre company. She has a BA from Bristol University and a Master’s degree from Greenwich University.
